Can you remove all stains from my carpets and upholstery?
This can depend on many things, the type of stain, the amount of time the stain has been
on the fabric and the type of fabric, no carpet cleaner can ever guarantee to remove all spots and stains, but the majority are improved or totally removed. Please download this free advice leaflet for important advice.
How long will it take for my carpets or upholstery to dry?
This will depend on many things, but mainly the fibre type, natural fabrics are far more absorbant than synthetic fibres so they hold more moisture, a 100% wool carpet will take longer to dry than a synthetic carpet, it also depends on the amount of soiling, the more soiled the fabric is means that more water is needed to clean it. Wool carpets can take up to 12hrs to be completely dry, but most will be dry within three to four hours, where as most synthetic fibres can be fully dry in just one to two hours. To speed up the drying process where pratical we advise our customers to leave all windows open as long as possible (in the warmer months) and use your heating system (in the colder months).
Are you insured?
Yes 100% we hold public liability insurance to £5 million, employee insurance to £10 million, we are also fully insured to the value of £25,000 for treatment risk.
Can we cancel your service?
Yes if you decide to cancel a booking, please have the courtesy to let us know as soon as possible, if you cancel and re-book the service within 24hrs of the appointment no charge is made. If you cancel within 24hrs and do not re-book our carpet and upholstery cleaning services you may be liable for a £45.00 (plus vat) cancellation charge.
Will you clean all of my carpet?
Yes, sofas, tables, most beds and light furniture will be moved by us in order to clean under them. Very heavy items such as side boards/display cabinets that contain ornaments and any electrical equipment (tv's, desktop computer systems, sky boxes and hi fi equipment) will not be moved. This is due to breakage issues and complex wire setups. We can advise before your clean takes place.
